What a difference! This one is far more inviting. I quite like the depth of it - both from the vertical perspective/presentation, and the various layers created by the lensbaby, the water, and the Holga action. Nifty shot!

Now those long blue bars in the vote breakdown sure are purdy :) Excellent work with angle and composition. Just expanding on AP's thoughts a little... might be the architect's job to design and build his vision, but it takes a skillful photographer to translate that vision through a photograph. You've done that.
