I love everything in this shot! The repetition of persons and their reflection, the wide and desolate landscape without any other people, the texture of the ribbed sand and water in the foreground, the pole in the center (why the # would someone erect a pole in the middle of nowhere??). Just noted the first person is also standing on some kind of pole. One very small comment is that the horizon is slightly tilted but that is really really minor. 10!
