A beautiful portrait and a good example of chiaroscuro in my view. One of the best in this challenge. The single light from the left that outlines her face, that shows the textures in her clothing. Enough reflection from the front to fill in too strong shadows so the roundness of her face is maintained. The soft light on her back to separate her from the background. Only change I would make is cropping away some empty space of the top of the image.

I find this so well done that I cannot even say more.
What puzzles me (but this is NOT a criticism) is the presence of some greenish/grayish hue between the light areas and the shadows. In my pictures I think that it is a defect because in a painting this area would not be greenish; and it's unfair and unproductive though to compare a photo with a painting.Just a thought.

I dislike to leave comments only after the results - it seems unfair - but I forgot to look at this challenge during voting. It would have been 10
