Tree with a Touch of Redby jaysonmcComment by Jutilda: This is really unexpected. Is it inside a building? I love the angle and perspective to create the diagonal line amidst the squares on the floor and the vertical lines of the red backdrop. Pretty!! 7 |

When Buildings Lean and Bears Cryby jaysonmcComment by JuliBoc: I really like this, Jason. I like the composition, but most of all I like the light and colors -- the blues and yellows of the buildings echoed in the painting. And the black of the man's coat balancing the black in the painting. I gave this a 9.
P.S. If this were mine, I would remove the three bright things in the sidewalk. Message edited by author 2007-12-31 01:25:13. |

When Buildings Lean and Bears Cryby jaysonmcComment by colorcarnival: Is that another Zoo Ad? I love the artwork.
I feel that this is a great shot but the leaning tower is a distraction for me. I think that if you had done a top horizontal crop so that the wall was a diagonal coming off the top left corner, much more emphasis would have been placed on the perspective and the beautiful mural! |

Not Grandpa's Frog on a Ropeby jaysonmcComment by Brad: I like the dof here, but the main object is too blurry to work well for what this shot is supposed to be about. I do like the overall look and the boy's expression. |

Courtyard of the Skyby jaysonmcComment by bob350: Looks like these plants don't get much winter light, making for a somber theme in the center despite the warm surrounding indoor lights. Also looks like a candidate site to practice HDR approaches (when not required to stick with basic editing). |
