I love the colours in this one, very mystical. Looks great with the black background.

Having a son in the Marines, I am thankful for every moment, every day spent training, practicing in every possible senario that they may face.

Personally, I think it is a shame that each and every one of us citizens does not take refresher courses, on a periodic basis, like CPR, defensive driving, natural disaster preparedness, and yes the list can be long.

As for the photo, it is in focus, very sharp, conveys the subject in a tasteful and educational fashion. May not be the right technical terms as used by those with more photo savy than I. But I like it!

I like the shot it is a great candid. I would rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. That will make it easier to see what is going on and make it a stronger composition.

We in the service train like this everyday, and use effects to make it as real as possible. This is so that we know how to do our job and don't freak out when it is go time. Some times when you are doing it for days on end it is good to have a laugh now and then.

Don't speak unless you have walked in our shoes. No hold on. The US forces fight to give you the right to say what you want. No POOR TASTE just training for your rights.

I would think that any service member would see this picture for what it is:

A combat medical training scenario.

What the hell is that? A smiling mortally wounded US Serviceman?

Couldn't you have put a frowning Hezbola Psyco instead?

The lines are because the automatic exposure changed as you panned across. You must use manual exposure for shooting panoramas, and also manual focus if possible. Do a quick sweep across the scene to determine what exposure is the best, and use it for all the exposures.

You need to adjust levels (or curves) in each photo so that the contrast matches in each one. It's not as much of a pain in the rear as it sounds since (at least in photoshop) you can do it to each photo while having the entire panorama displayed.

Looks real nice.

then create layer masks and erase from ech layer so that the line isn't as obvious
