I like the colors here and the metallic area in the front of the case. Overall though, this shot just doesn't pull me in like some of your other shots. Perhaps more dramatic lighting, or a slightly different angle/perspective would help? I feel like there is so much negative space there, and I just want to look at that small metallic area on the left.

Love how you can see the textures in the brushed metal here. I find it strange that even though the button part is centered left to right, it still feels like it follows the rule of thirds to some extent from the rest of the composition. A nice shot of such an ordinary object.

Tez, you are absolutely right. As I was taking these I realize the only way to get a good photo of a scene like this is to intrude. Not having the tabloid/paparazzi gene, I stood my distance. :-/

Its a nice 'action' shot, but you can't see any of the faces which for me lets it down as that's where the emotion/atmosphere comes from. As a fallback image it would do but I think you're looking at low 5s for it, and I'd know, I'm the low 5 master!

I agree a slightly less centered center might make this stronger, but think it is quite strong as is, too. The colors are nice and vibrant, and the detail is wonderful, especially on the rusty nail in the center.
