Her lipstick is very overdone and unnatural looking. Also, there is an unappealing white highlight or line running the entire length of her lower lip. The subject needs to be further away from the backdrop---about a foot and a half. Then, a separate light can be directed at the backdrop to further eliminate shadows. The lighting on her face is awfully harsh. Her arms received more flattering light than her face. The subject is cute and her outfit is very appropriate.

But because I get thes comments on my picture: The lipstick is overkill :)
I like the softness in this picture, and it's a lovely girl.
Just on the serious side, there are some dark shadows that maybe could have been avoided by different lighting. (7)

Hard to tell it is a fire station. The shutter being opened a little longer might have opened enough light to give a really cool effect on the lettering at the top.
