I wouldn't have even thought IR had you not have told me. It is certainly an atypical example. The infrakitty seems to graduate from less to more snowy blur. I like the snowy blur bit the best. When I scroll down and his/her face is no longer visible I can better appreciate that goodly haunch.

p.s. Karen you have a lovely portfolio. I need to spend some time really going through it (maybe today). The four selected images are on your front page are ones I really enjoyed.

I think it's great - the cat looks so thoughtful, and the noise works really well, the picture has such a special feel to it :)
