	a bald eagle in Herndon by krnodil Comment by glad2badad: Hey, that's cool! I've been fortunate to see a family of eagles out by the Plains area (near Old Tavern - off west 66 not far past Haymarket). Two years in a row now I've seen the parents and an offspring. It's tricky getting a good shot without spooking them. Well done on capturing this one.
