I'd say your camera is sliding off it's hiding place, thus the blur.. hehe.

Although there's a lot of noise in the sky, I like the negative space and the off-centered bird (and cloud).

Shakey indeed, but I like the complementary colors. "Sailing" would be a great title for this.
