I don't like the angle on this. I think a frontal shot would have worked a little better. The arm blocks all the action leaving not much else to look at.

I like the pattern you've set up with the people on the different floors of the building. I spent a lot of time looking at the different people in the image, and noticing what they were doing. I'm wondering if it might have been better if you had taken it a step further to the right. The odd angle on the left doesn't really add anything to the image for me.
