I'm sorry, but I'm not fond of the central composition with the twigs over the subject, particularly the eye. The texture that has been overlaid is also detracting from the subject and makes the image look like it is a photo of a computer screen.

I don't think puffed corn puffs are yellow, and if they were the exposure is completely blown out and the focus is not there. The composition is not very good in my opinion.

You will realise by now that you may have missed the point of the challenge - to explore different aspect ratios and to choose your composition to suit. Here, whilst you have met the challenge in so much as one side is 240 px, the standard aspect ratio means you simply have a very small image. It's a sweet deer, though :)
