This has a great feel of a summer lake adn the stillness of glass. There is a remarkable feeling of isolation, fear, danger and yet calmness. It makes you want to hop forward onto the float and just do a plunge over the back slowly. There is also a subtle religious overtone that is only solidified by the light. Another great shot Mona.

I like the photo. Border is too black, too thick, like an obituary picture. The challenge theme is fairly broad, but this doesn't quite fit.

As with quite a lot of the photos in this challenge, the colours seem a bit flat, but nothing that couldnt me improved by some dodging/burning or contrast adjustments.

Its hard to say anything is "wrong" with this photo, but its not terribly inspiring, I don't really see anything obvious promoting balance in this photo. The sky is slightly running downhill from left to right as well.
