I feel that the background here is too busy, could maybe be better to use shallow dof? maybe not, but the flash reflections on his head are a little distracting and I feel that there should be more space above his head and less space to the left of his head, but I know its not possible then the words hadnt come in, Good luck

While I like the color and lighting, this seems to be more of a snapshot hoping to fit the challenge. Maybe if you had had the opportunity to shoot a few more shots capturing different facial expressions? Also, without more background context, I can't tell if you had any other cropping alternatives.

In terms of your 'ad copy', I think there is an ESL difficulty. That kind of ruins the advertisement qualityt of this photo, which didn't have much to begin with.

Photographically, it is a bit high contrast. There are very few middle values.
