What a great capture!! In a perfect world, I wish the background fence could be a different color or shade to do the birds justice. The image is either a bit out of focus or a little too much NeatImage for my personal taste, but I can't say obviously. I am just trying to describe how it is appearing to me.

I like the 2 birds on the top left and the one on top right. But combined with the rest of the stuff going in the image, it does look a bit cluttered. Also, I think the processing has made them look a bit unreal, like rubber. There's no detail on the birds. It's way too smudged. I don't know what you used to do it, but it doesn't look good.

Great shot for a bird calendar! Bohemian Waxwings are so colorful and make a great subject. Good focus and capture of some movement. For me the siding in the background is a little distracting but I'm usre you had little choice here. Good job.
