Em2.jpgby jadComment by Gunnsi: The way to prevent overexposure is to make all the picture darker when you take it. If you don't have the oppurtunity to cover the sun or take the picture at another time!. Afterwards in PS you can lighten up without loosing details. I have the same problem where I live, i.e. the clouds get very light (white) so I have to take darker pictures and selectively adjust them.
I don't have photoshop but I use GIMP, a free software on the net, to edit my pictures.
Good luck. |

Em4.jpgby jadComment by cfischl: Once again, shirt is blown. I think it would also be greatly improved if she was looking at you. |

Em4.jpgby jadComment by rox_rox: Beautiful model and nice composition. The light is too harsh for my taste, though. |

Hidden Treasureby jadComment by SDW: You subject lacks the detail needed to make it stand out and the brown petals to the lower left is very distracting. The photograph it self looks very soft overall. I wish you the best in this and future challenges. |

Natalie was her nameby jadComment by annasense: i love the crop on this, and the soft feel... your model's expression is great, too, and i love how he is turned toward her to make her the true focus of this photograph. very non-traditional, but very nice! |
