Saw this earlier in the day and I liked it but just could not put it into words as to why. It came to me when out running errands - Nostalgia. That acid wash or aged treatment coupled with the old style Beetle turns it into a nostalgic piece. First time car and the cool places it took you (that is if it was a reliable car;-) )
