Going Homeby levyj413Comment by pineapple: You got a 7 from me for what little it was worth. Personally, find it quite entertaining and stylish - sharp as well, at this size. Careful, you might end up playing to the cheap gallery seats in which Posthumous usually sits... |

Right Down the Middleby levyj413Comment by krnodil: A familiar view, given that I'm in your neck of the woods. Odd about the colors - I don't notice them either when I'm there. But they work well in the composition though, keeping the relentlessness of the cement blocks interesting. |

Seriously Sixby levyj413Comment by Neil: Awesome portrait. Great work (the processing shows a bit to the left of her head, in the form of reduced contrast, but it's not distracting). Beautiful results too with an inexpensive P&S. I mention that particularly, because I'm not surprised. I was eyeing the A620 over at DPReview--I was AMAZED at the quality of the samples. I am still considering one, though I'd love to find one just like it that had a wider short end. |

Cartwheel in Three Actsby levyj413Comment by jaysonmc: Wonderful image. I really like it. One thing, maybe making the lines kind of a transparency if that makes sense? That way you can still see the lines but see the image itself. The white still seems stark.
However, terrific shot. I love the action. The whole idea is wonderful and the individual frames you captured are spot on. |
