Jeffery, she looks so cute in this shot. I think the selective desat would have been more effective if you had left just your daughter's horn in color. Then the photo would have been about her playing the horn and not the horns.

Ooh, pretty. Nice long exposure. There's a tiny distracting element in the lower left...that orange...is it a fish? or a leaf? Idono. Maybe desaturing it could help. But that's minor.

Greetings from the critique club. Let me first start off with saying that I'm not sure how well you met the photo-challenge connection. The Vanishing point actually goes to the capitol building. I do like the fact that you used shadows/highlights to accenuate the photo the processing is pretty good. I do think that at night tripod mounted this would have been a stronger image, however its still going to end at the capitol building. Overall I'd say you scored about where I would have put it in a tough challenge.
