Is this about over?by BeckyTComment by robinssong: Beautiful and sweet! You did really well with the lighting, focus and tones! Love her expression... like she is planning her escape! Haha! Looks great in the thumbnail too! It should be higher, but the voters haven't been kind to anyone in this challenge apparently. |

Scarfby BeckyTComment by Lydia: Overcooked the eyes a bit... and the skin, I fear. But, I love the stripes! Well thought out!

Cowgirlby BeckyTComment by MAK: Hi Becky, The lighting is very good & the model is beautiful, I do not like the noise reduction or softening skin editing, there are better ways to do this in photoshop but it takes a lot of time. The fact that it was shot at high ISO obviously effected this. If you are going for dark on the left side then I would of cloned out the tiny bits of hair/ear that was picked up by the lighting, otherwise very good, well done to all. |

Scarfby BeckyTComment by EL-ROI: I like the soft focus on the face and the use of what I assume to be the diffuse window light there. I think the softness and the diffuse light falls off too quickly on the side of the head scarf and you are left with harder light and shadows which really takes away from that soft, feminine feel and dominates too big a portion of the frame. The textures are very different too because of the different light. Otherwise this is a really great shot and a wonderful take on the challenge. |
