I've come to the conclusion that waterdrops have to be placed at stragetic places to have impact. The best place is at the tip of whatever is holding the drop. In this case, the tip of the blade of grass.
Now let's look at the composition. The subject has been isolated as much as possible which is good. But is all the background needed? What impression does the piece of cut grass give to the viewer? And that brown piece behind the subject? Would tilting the camera help? If the blade of grass would have a upwards or downwards tilt would it be more dynamic?
