Solitudeby aliquiComment by Melethia: He looks so very tired and ragged, though it may just be winter fur. I hadn't looked at the details to see this was a zoo, though, so I'm assuming he's well fed and cared for. I do like very much that it doesn't look at all like a zoo shot. Beautiful in B&W. |

Revelationby aliquiComment by NikonJeb: I kind of agree about the tree seeming at odds somewhat, but I also see Kelli's perspective about the tree crying, though I wouldn't have seen that myself. I do like the B&W conversion as it works well with the lighting. All in all not a bad image at all IMO. I'm always a sucker for ripples & reflections. |

I also feel a little detched from the surface of the lake and wonder if you might have taken this from a lower perspective. But a great shot - well done for having the guts to put it in a free study. |

The wobbly reflections work well, however I'd be interested to see it down with a little more light/detail in the tree :) |
