A good solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it is an intersting image but of less than universal appeal. A good entry into the challenge.

hmm, I had to stare at this for a while (and not for the obvious reason). Don't see too much that is artistic here and I'm pretty sure that the girl in the background looks like she wants to kick your ass. It also looks like this was done out of blatant drunkeness. That makes me wonder if you got her permission to put this online. A lot to wonder about here, but not to much to really see.

A little better lighting control reducing the highlights would have been a plus. Not an overly interesting image from an artistic sense, it does provide a lot of detail and color differences. A little more thought into the composition would have made for a better image. A good entry into the challenge, it falls just short of being truly effective. Perhaps a little change in viewing angle would have helped.

The first thing that pops to me about this pic is the colors, the greens and browns work really well together. I like how far into the distance we can see.
