Now that's your stereotypical cat. We have 3 ourselves, so I like this picture. Since you used built-in flash did darkening the eyes include removing red eye? When I try that with black the eyes look so unnatural, but with the glaze and reflection you have over the eyes they look more natural. Good detail on the facial hair and whiskers.

The top part looks somewhat funky, like it's moving or something. The reflection however is super. I don't know if you want suggestions, but if you cropped out most of the top and flipped the picture upside down, it would look paintery and completely different. just saying...
