spectacular! I truly love this image exactly as it is, this is what I was truly hoping to find in this challenge, an image where the beauty is found in the accidental, in the uniqueness, and you have truly done that.
i'd almost say that it deserves to be said that "this image is for the birds!"
**Edit** Just to add, this is one of 3 10's that i gave out in the challenge, but truly i would push my vote to 11 if i could, my other 10's deserve them in my opinion, this is just a different kind of lovely image. I hope this gets the recognition it deserves from voters.

Nice kittie! A really bizarre image, that makes you look twice! Clearly not a good time of day, with very harsh light, but moments like this don't come along often. Possibly a fraction over-sharpened? A shallower dof may also have been beneficial, but might not have been possible given the amount of light.
