All the elements here seem to paint a picture of long ago. I like the repeating theme of the windows, first near then far. I don't see how you could change anything except maybe to smooth out the doily that the lamp sits on.
This looks like a fun place to experiment with shooting thru the wavy old glass in the lamp shade if you were allowed to get that close to it.

I like it. My only comment is that the focus seems a little soft on the lamp and flowers. Maybe a wider apature.
