I'll clarify. As long as you are shooting in total dark, it's only the flash duration (which is a fraction of speed) that matters, and not the shutter speed. |
Thank you Krishan!! BTW, use 1/1000 with flash will be always failed unless the mechanical design of the shutter allows that. |
