Frost hydrant sweatby snafflesComment by purpleflutterby13: The use of the cooling filter is a bit too obvious - the picture just looks like your white balance setting was off by miles. However, selectively applying it might have worked quite well, as I think it does work on certain parts of the image. You can see sharpening traces on the railing, that could've been fixed too.
Otherwise pretty nice - interesting composition, it looks like the hydrant is running forwards :) |

hotpastaby snafflesComment by noraneko: Great idea, tough to capture :-) Did you use a high ISO on this? If you'd been able to lessen the grain (realize you couldn't do it in post due to basic editing) it would have scored significantly higher. |

hotpastaby snafflesComment by boyd2000: Very nice idea and execution, but it's very grainy. You must have used high ISO and used flames alone for lighting. I think having an additional fill light would have helped tremendously. |
