Skitterby snafflesComment by andrewt: Yup , I was right. did not deserve the score you received. did not leave a comment earlier, gave you a 6. composition is good , colors are good. Yes it could have been sharper still... the voters should not have been that harsh. |

Have a seat, Mother Natureby snafflesComment by bob350: Making an artistic image out of junk in the woods is not easy. Use of diagonal composition, richness of colors, and soft light all combine to excellent effect. I wonder why the headrests are not as deteriorated as the rest of the seat. |

Have a seat, Mother Natureby snafflesComment by Teafran: A solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. A top ten image and a very strong contender for a ribbon. Well done. |

. . .W A I T I N G. . .by snafflesComment by raish: Gaaaahh! Somebody get me out of here! The pictures are climbing off the walls! Gaaaahh!
Didn't you read the bit in the handbook where it says that candids are supposed to be sombre meditations on - er - sombre meditations?
Just another promising candidate standing in the wrong line.
Shame. Great shot. |

. . .W A I T I N G. . .by snafflesComment by colorcarnival: I thought this was cool. I liked how an everyday kind of guy was sitting in a brightly decorated kind of setting. And it had some awkwardness to it, with him sitting in an odd position - like he was out of balance with the artwork on the wall. Interesting find. |

Get off the tracks!by snafflesComment by EstimatedEyes: Interesting. Thought this was an IR shot during the challenge. Nice reaction to tough shooting conditions to add some interest to a difficult shot. |

Skitterby snafflesComment by Teafran: A good action shot rich in detail with plenty to look at. A good exposure with the rich color tones. Not particularly a motion shot, it is a good macro that could use a little more focus and a little heavier hand on the exposure. A worthy entry into the challenge. |
