Overall a well done portrait. I like the setting and the effective b/w tones. My one nitpick is the expression on her face seems kind of blah to me. It's not friendly and inviting, but does not convey anything else to me either. To be fair, I've had similar with some of my own shots. I could not for the life of me get this girl to smile for any of the photos I shot.

I like what you were going for here. I have a few suggestions I think that could have made this better:
* Her smile only looks half-hearted. It says "what am I doing here" instead of "This is a lot of fun"
* The flash just doesn't feel right. I think it's the cool color against the warm color of the setting sun. A gel to color the flash may be able to help.
