Cool! I'm always on the lookout for different B&W conversion techinques. I'll have to give that a try. This looks great! She sure looks peeved though. Doesn't she know what a great job she has being able to be outside in the fresh air all day instead of some fluorescent light cubicle maze? I can just feel the rays of warm sunlight. :)

This lady looks a bit unhappy with her sales or something. The black and white treatment adds to the disappointed look on the subjects face. The light from the side really draws your eye inward right to the lady.
