Awww this doggy does look starved. My guess is it is a girl that has just had puppies fairly recently. I believe they tend to lose a lot of weight from nursing but I don't know for sure. Nice capture of the reflection of the clouds on the water. The cloud color in the reflection almost matches the color of the dog’s fur.
