Of all the filters, for me Colored Pencil is the most difficult to control. Nice work on this one! The slate blue-grey complements the yellow subject well.

I love the image. The rabbit is a bit blown out, but not so much that it takes away from the overall impact.

Ignore Jutilda, she frequently breaks out in song like that. :P
