Watch Outby daysezComment by FranziskaLang: Eeek. And all that while reading Patricia Cornwell no less. Those books are violent enough even w/out threatening shadows! It's a great idea to incorporate the shadow into your picture. Like the fire in the background, even though it is creating some hotspots, it does set the mood. |

Watch Outby daysezComment by karmat: Now, this picture tells a story. :-) Good use of shadow. Very well focused, and very crisp. Did you try it in black and white (just out of curiosity?) |

Watch Outby daysezComment by Swashbuckler: Very nicely done. I can almost read along with her! The fire in the background is an excellent touch. A scary story told in a single picture. Bravo! Photo 10 Creativity 9 Shadows 9 total 9 |

Watch Outby daysezComment by balynch: Nice! Draws the viewer in, with the various elements. I am wondering many things when I look at this photo. Does the reader know what is about to happen? What kind of a book is the person reading? Makes good use of shadows. |
