He never came!by kiwinessComment by robsmith: Much as it pains me to say it an excellent shot as usual Kiwi. Superb lighting, great details and DOF is spot on. Is there anything you can't do? |

Overpainted by kiwinessComment by Natator: Excellent, very clever indeed. I am only left wondering if you left that one strip unpainted, or masked it somehow and then removed the mask (as in sticky tape, not photoshop. Then again, there may be a completely different way you achieved this one. The lighting is fantastic. Hopefully a ribbon here! |

Overpainted by kiwinessComment by LucidLotus: Wonderful idea! I love the vivid primary colors playing off each other and the black. The hand seems a bit unfocused, but since my attention is drawn towards the paint cans, that isn't a huge deal for me. Great use of space as well. 7 |

Overpainted by kiwinessComment by kostia: neat neat neat! the only quibble I have with this outstanding image is that the hand seems out of scale to the paint cans, as though they're very small or very far away. |

He never came!by kiwinessComment by Olyuzi: The only reason I think this didn't get a ribbon (and a blue one at that) was because it takes on reality and isn't expressive of the dreamlike and surrealistic images that most people have interpreted this challenge to be. To me, this is the superior image of the challenge! Hands down. Original idea that is so well executed. Like so many people that have already commented, you could feel her pain. Her pose and the lighting suggest that she can't hide from the embarrassment as she tries to recoil into herself. Truly a shattered dream. So well done...bravo! |

Overpainted by kiwinessComment by faidoi: Very vibrant colors. Love the beautiful line that is opened up to reveal the blue and red paint cans. The framing works will with the shot. This would make for a great advertising for a paint brand. |
