Nightly Gothicby kiwinessComment by LalliSig: Nice work on the post processing, love the "look" of the image. However the feeling I get from the picture is that there is something missing, some action or something going on, a figure standing there or something. Like it as it is though, gave it a 7. |

"Death of an Angel" by Carol Anne O'Marie by kiwinessComment by kiwiness: Thanks for all your comments and votes. I tried this out with a basic soft box studio lighting set up but it didn't really give it the kick I was looking for, so I set up the lighting to give it more of a theatrical feel to it. I am very happy with this photo, thank you all again.

At first glance it looks like her arm is bulging out, but obviously this girl is not fat so I don't know how that could be. Also, there seems to be a weird discoloration on her hip right above the cloth. Is that a trick of the light, or is that a result of cloning, or what? |
Actually her arm does look a little out when I look at it, but that only comes from her upper arm being pressed against Serdar's leg. And the discoloration I couldn't see on my monitor, but after pumping up the brightness I saw what you meant. I didn't do any selective skin work on this image so it is probably from trying to pull out too much information from the shadows or something. Anyway on a good calibrated monitor you should be able to see that. On the print it is also not visible. |
