There's something compelling and voyerristic about this shot, and even though the technicals aren't perfect, it has an interesting story to it. I think that it's missed though in the title, or that the photo is a bit too much of an abstraction for the title.

I like the title and with the benefit of hindsight of if having read the "article" tying in with the shot, could work as an NG image. It seems a bit colourless though and the 4 backs to the camera are not engaging enough. It is certainly a departure from wildlife, science and nature. Photojournalism. Candid. Human interest story? I'm not swayed it would be published.
