Two things I would change...The skin has too much of a pink tone to it and the lighting needs to be changed to get rid of the shadows on her face.

Pretty eyes, but a bit too contrived for my taste. I'd rather not see the selvage edge of the fabric. Too bad this was for gold, it might be killer with a deep filter and lots of burn on the fabric.

A couple of things about this shot disturb me, which might be your intent:
- the veins are lines, but make me worry something is wrong
- the child looks like he's wearing makeup at a very young age

Edited to reflect post-challenge reflection in general and specific commentary from Artyste. I still feel it's a disturbing photo, but I should have worded it differently.
