If I had to pick on anything, it would be that the highlight on the blood "tear" is not consistent with the rest of the lighting. You could darken it toward the top part where it should be more shadowed. Go spend another 5 hours on it and let me know when it's done. ;-)

very very nice, my only nit-pick is that you could have used a deeper depth of field to get the bottom of the branch in sharper focus. sill good enough for a 9 in my book.
