Where is everybody?by bjoernComment by K3Master: In the middle of the night, long after all had gone home, long after all was quiet, would she suddenly awake. She would awaken with sadness in what passed for her heart. With longing. And with this awakening she would find the strength and power to start up, independent of the little beings that controlled her in the day, and she would begin to spin. To spin and laugh her silent laughter. To envision forms filling her swings, laughing with her, talking to her, sharing in her joy.
And she would spin until the first light of dawn spilled upon the horizon.
And she would spin until she knew she could spin no more before THEY came back.
And she would spin. |

Showing offby bjoernComment by nygold: Not easy getting a shot of these skittish little buggers especially when in display mode. Nice crisp image as well. The only knock I have is that white spot in front of him is a bit distracting. Still one of my top picks I though it met the challenge to a "T". |

Showing offby bjoernComment by NathanWert: LOL. Cute little bugger. The dimensions of this remind me of a Facebook "Covor" photo (just flip it 180 horizontally). |

Showing offby bjoernComment by bacovia: Very cool :) I like how you adjusted the aspect ratio to fit your subject. A close-up of just the front might've worked too. |

Carbonby bjoernComment by kasaba: Great. I wonder if I would have preferred for the diamond to lie on the classical 1/3 line (cropping some of the bottom off. I do like the green on top vs the brown at the bottom. and the very shallow DOF with the "sand" - very nice |

Carbonby bjoernComment by ciaeagle: The background is a bit overpowering for the diamond and its grainy which is a distraction too. |
