I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: So easy to have gone black and white here - I'm so glad you didn't. That flash of colour takes away a level of abstraction and transports us there. The fountain rain like a sparkling deluge diffuses the light brilliantly.

Critical stuff: I think it is a bit over-sharpened - there seems to be some cross-hatch sharpening/jpeg artefacting in the black areas of the image.

Overall: A very nice capture.

I wish you had gotten down lower for this shot, the subject is a refreshing shift from the big highrise tower at dusk, but the actual horizon line is vague here. There is plenty of interesting stuff to look at, but the skyline itself is played down.
