I'm not sure if you did it for affect, but it looks to be a bit over-exposed..
But if it was for the 'old photo' affect, it doesn't look completely right.. good try though..

this is brilliant .. i love the expression on the child's face and the rope .. this has such a mixed message, which is one of my favourite things .. a child .. and a rope .. a rope thats like a noose ..!!! .. need i go on ?? .. the eye's are just killers .. so fierce and so penetrating .. a wonderful photograph and a fantastic process .. The fog is gorgeous and I love the hint of clouds in the background. My fave part is on the left where you see the silhouettes of some of the trees. Beautiful!

Let's see ... walking around your neighborhood, or camping at a beautiful lake with your kid? You made the right choice! Nice picture and glow, and beautiful reflections. Slopes down a tad to the right, might try rotating it just a bit to straighten that shoreline out.
