ok, I've never seen a decorated sole of the foot before so guess we can add this to the (imho) small number of images I class as truly meeting the challenge. I like the composition, lighting and focus though would have liked the heart a little sharper. The edge of the tile spoils this for me, and whilst you did well with the skin tones, how does this look in B&W?

Interesting take on the challenge. Good idea. Something isn't right for me though. Maybe the lighting is making the shot a little flat taking away from the DOF idea.
