Low tideby Rino63Comment by pminne: This would be better if you don't split the shot with the horizon (move it up or down-just not 50-50). |

Low tideby Rino63Comment by LucidLotus: Some fantastic color play here. I like the perspective, though a bit higher would be great so there was more of that gorgeous emerald green/sapphire blue match up. The light looks a bit harsh - it seems like the contrast was upped a bit as well which may not be the case, but there's something rough about how the light is interacting with the rocks/seaweedy things that isn't entirely appealing. Still the horizon just draws me in and makes me wish I could see more of it. A lovely image. I gave a 6 |

Le Mont Saint Michelby Rino63Comment by crayon: WOW... that is such an interesting place.
Nice work on the angle, because I really liked the way the water curved off. |

Le Mont Saint Michelby Rino63Comment by levyj413: Nice enough snapshot, although I'd crop out more sky. And it could be better focused. I do like the placement of the people and the hillside, but it has utterly no connection to mystery or magic to me. 3. |

Le Mont Saint Michelby Rino63Comment by DrAchoo: Hmm, not getting a big M&M feel. The people sorta ruin it. Afternoon strolls don't make me think of magic or mystery. Perhaps some more dramatic PP to the clouds with a different crop. 4 |

Le Mont Saint Michelby Rino63Comment by pineapple: Always a grand place. St. Michael's Mount in Cornwall on the other side of the English Channel is not nearly so grand. But both have a sense of mystery about them and lots of potential for wonderful photography. 8. |
