The iron doesn't really seem to fit in somehow, don't ask me why. The serrated edges on some of the iron's edges are also a little distracting. |

In FLIGHT....Escaping Alcatrazby tfarrell23Comment by pcody: Good cityscape. Perhaps the feeling would have been enhanced if shot thru a window? It's a little dark which is ok because of the title, but I would still lighten it a bit. |

In FLIGHT....Escaping Alcatrazby tfarrell23Comment by karmat: The yellowish tone gives this an ominous feeling, and I like the skyline you have shown. While I can appreciate the "stretch" of the challenge, even with the title, I don't get a feeling of flight from just the picture. |

The composition is interesting as is your choice of sepia toning. Somehow this photo gives me a stormy autumny kind of feeling. |

I think to improve it you should crop off the junky looking bottom..Of course I don't know the conditions you were in. I have been there and the wind/cold are miserable to deal with. The shot is somewhat dark but over all very good...super skyline. I'm not sure I see 'flight'. |
