Maybe worms in the whipped cream or pie, and leave off the side would make it simpler and easier to digest. Still a good thought for the contest theme, and lighted well. I'm not quite sure about depth of field. The fork handle sharper would make it more appealing to me. The back elements seem to detract from the bolder graphic elements of the plate, fork, pie, and napkin. It looks like a lot of effort for the effect, and I appreciate that.

This is a wonderful shot! I love Rowan's expression. Tim's too, but don't tell him. The light is delightful in this - great processing, great tones.
