Good things:
The colors here are so nice and vibrant!
You did a great job with aligning the white lines in the center. I love attention to detail like that.

So-so things:
The composition doesn't really draw me in at all. Maybe if you had tightened the crop to include only the middle part? Or, maybe relocate the place where the colors all come together, so that this part is on a rule-of-thirds intersecting point, or something like that. The centered composition just isn't very engaging in this image to my eyes.
Border color is okay but I may have prefered a smaller, possibly black border.

All in all, good shot, just didn't grab me very much, but very much a decent (and cheerful, with all those colors!) image.
