Nice low perspective, good DOF. A tighter crop toward the upper left would be better, eliminating the somewhat blank foreground step and the vertical cut of the handrails. I also wonder if color would help.

That top section of railing is distracting to me. I don't know if I would have moved farther forward to get rid of the chunk in the lower right or moved back to include the whole piece, but the way it is doesn't seem right. Beyond that, though, nice image. The contrast and lighting work nicely, and the slightly off-center arrangement helps keep it from being too static.
