California Poppy, Berkeley, #2by bspurgeonComment by Germaine: Wow! Your DOF is about as wide as a razor blade! Interesting effect. I wonder if you could have gotten a tad more contrast by fiddling with the red and yellow channels, but that's just me. A very intriguing shot. |

Twilightby bspurgeonComment by Germaine: I really like the composition of this one with the joshua tree on the left coming into the frame on the diagonal. I'm with  Melethia I really had to look for Venus. Too bad you couldn't arrange for a great big full mooon or setting sun. (Although through the magic of Photoshop....) ;P |
