Seems more of a landscape than a candid. I would not see how this was a candid except for the title conveying the connection.

I would describe this more as a landscape than a candid, because the person is so tiny.

I kinda like the scene overall, but it feels like it is missing a subject or context. Sure, I see the guy walking, but maybe it's the crop or overall comp - just doesn't do it for me. On a positive note, the exposure is well done though.

Interesting character who seems well exposed or slightly underexposed, while the overexposed background and depth of field directs attention to the costume. Would moving a step or two to your right have allowed him to be shown agains the trees instead of partly against the building?
